Property Inspection Trips

The inspection trip is a cost effective and flexible way to view properties, and for your convenience. A knowledgeable Mediterranean Property Consultants representative will be with you throughout the duration of your trip. Mediterranean Property Consultants can arrange the accommodation for the client and should the client purchase whilst on the inspection then we will reimburse the flights and accommodation up to 4 days.

As our inspection trips are conducted on a one to one basis, we can concentrate on your needs and the trip is tailor-made for you. The Mediterranean Property Consultants representative will value your feedback and will work with you to find your ideal home in the sun.

Day one

• A representative will greet you at the airport and take you to your hotel,
• After check-in you can sit down with your representative and disccuss your requirements over,
• refreshments,
• Tour of the area,
• Lunch
• Inspection of properties,

Day two

• Breakfast at the hotel,
• Futher inspection of properties and areas,
• Lunch
• Re-inspection of properties and areas. (If you wish to hold a property while you are making decision just ask your reprentative and he/she will arrange a 24 hours reserve.),

Day three

• Breakfast at the hotel,
• Re-inspection of properties,areas and plots,
• Open a bank acount,
• Lunch
• Meet a Spanish solicitor who will answer any legal queries you may have,
• Complete a reservation contract (if a suitable property has been found) and pay your 2,000 pounds deposit,
• Back to the airport to commence your journey back to the UK

Property Inspection Trips can be booked to view: new properties, re-sale properties and fincas.
